Early indications suggest the show’s popularity is likely to see the number swell to around 800, making it considerably larger than any other manufacturing show in the UK.

Show Director, Phil Valentine, said, “The improving economic conditions and current capital equipment purchase tax breaks mean that many UK manufacturers are once again investing in the latest technologies and manufacturing hardware, and as a result we are seeing a tremendous surge in demand for exhibition places.”

On top of more than 800 exhibitors, some 8,500 visitors are expected to flood through the doors of FIVE, drawn by the incredible diversity of manufacturing solutions on show.

Admission to Southern Manufacturing and Electronics 2014 is free and FIVE Farnborough offers plentiful free car parking and superb access by road or public transport.
